After 14 years of being a us bank customer, I now want to close all my accounts with this bank because of these locations' sloppy banking errors.
The people are great! The bank itself is just ok.
Everytime I go inside, all of the employees are friendly and helpful. The building itself could be updated.
Us bank on oswell refuse to give me my money back and close the account for no reason ,,there was a long line people that compllain where their money was ,,
I'd been a customer of Union Bank of California, later Union Bank and now part of the US Bank. This location has consistently discounted me in terms of speed of service. The bank (both before and after the merger) does not hire nearly enough tellers. Wait times are long especially during lunch hour or right after when there is only 1 teller.
