Came in to setup a new trust account. And we were turned away. We had all proper paper work needed to set up the account. They still turned us away. Saying the date the trust EIN was created was not the same date the trust was notorized. I should have listen to the reviews and gone somewhere else.
I never thought a bank could be this terrible. I came in to verify the funds of a check before I deposited it into my bank. This is pretty routine for me. I don't like unexpected surprises. I visited 7 other banks that day, from credit unions to large institutions. All effortless complied with my request. It's been that way for 20 years.
