The 1.0 rating says it all. I have been a customer at this branch for years. They provide terrible customer service and will turn what should be simple banking into to a nightmare. When you ask for a manager they are “on vacation.” The staff is especially unhelpful when left unsupervised. Especially Eleni. There this Asian lady can’t speak English?? Had alittle attitude?.typical!! Same people!!.and this black old lady can’t even get off the chair!!???..took long enough…I have a suggestion to all jobs in my country hire better people!! Get rid of these kind of idiots
Poor customer service and very difficult to reach a live human. Frustrating. Excellent smartphone app however. The tech is better than the human experience. They bought Union Bank and their app is better but the service is not nearly as personal. They need to improve.
