This US Bank branch is by far one of the most poorly managed branches. The employees are constantly overwhelmed by what seem to be the most mundane of tasks. The wait is always significant, the staff is constantly on break or needs manager input to do anything, and they are incapable of multitasking on any level. Avoid this branch at all costs.

The customer service is very bad . It is the worse branch in the system . From the cashiers to the two bankers . They refused to deposit a check written to my wife’s name because it had her name before marriage even-though the account has her name in the setup screen . They have an internal issues - problems in their computer system They don’t listen and argue . Since when does a bank not accept a check written by its own customer?! You can only cash a check for 1K? What a joke. Now I have to pay $7 for the “pleasure” of parking for 5 mins.
