Michel provided outstanding service during our visit to U.S. Bank. He initially assisted us as our teller and then went above and beyond to help us with our business bank account. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process clear and easy. Michel represented U.S. Bank exceptionally well, and we truly appreciated the level of care and attention he gave us.
Unhelpful staff at the branch, teller didn't want to let me open a bank account 1 hour and 20 minute's before closing time. Teller told me that it needs an appointment because it take 30 minutes to one hour, so 1 hour 20 minutes before closing seems reasonable to me. Wasn't even that busy and they had like 5 different staff members available at the time. Also asked the teller if he could give me the phone number of the other branch in the area, and they told me to find it online myself.
