It used to be Union Bank and we are glad when US bank took over all the employees and the friendly warm neighborhood relationship and interaction have never been changed ged, even now it is the one of the largest banks in the US. Those personal touches did go to a long way and we got all the help we need on top of the easily access on line. Because sometimes we just still need some assistance in person. Please keep this way. Thank you all the people at Cedar and Herndon Branch in Fresno.

The people, the service at this branch are the best. We did online banking but occasionally went in for some other things. Everyone there remembered our names. They are from Union Bank before, glad US Bank keep the best employees and continues the best service philosophy. We love Cedar and Herndon Branch , no other bank can match their service. Heard a lot horror stories of the big name careless banks in town.
