Horrific customer service. Do not even attempt to go here
About a month ago I had very bad experience here and still remember the worst teller service. I saw only two tellers in this site. I asked Yuki to print out my cd certificate since I lost it. She said once it’s lost there is no way to print out again. I said it’s ok and asked her to give me any print out showing the total amount, maturity date and account number. Not only she didn’t suggest other options but also she didn’t know how to print that out and told me to wait because she had to call main office for the instruction... read more
