I don't have anything with this branch, but my company gets unwanted mail from US Bank every month. I have tried many times calling their customer support number, but they hang up the phone and refuse to remove my address.
I have been here 2 times they have always been nice and fast and always have been polite
I was there with my Asian friend David who is 65 and even though he doesn't go there often he his mortgage is thru them and he does have a account for a long time again just doesn't go there much. David was in line 3 people deep. Caucasian tell nice guy. David's turn came after mind you a Caucasian woman got up walked to the tellers area and got a few thousand for another customer. this has to be the worst US Bank I have ever visited. There were 3 staff members, but I waited in line over 30 minutes. The worst part is there were two elderly people waiting in line but could barely stand. The tellers were unmoved by it. One teller was on a phone call, the other was with another family discussing rewards while the last teller was acting as if he was on the computer, but he was napping. (pic below).
