Great location with parking lot. Close to a lot shops and restaurants. Very clean bank and friendly staff. Short wait if you have appointments. Also early morning is the best!
ATM outside here NEVER has cash. What is the point of having an outdoor atm? God this bank chain sucks now. Can't wait to switch.
I don't have anything with this branch, but my company gets unwanted mail from US Bank every month. I have tried many times calling their customer support number, but they hang up the phone and refuse to remove my address.
I have been here 2 times they have always been nice and fast and always have been polite
I was there with my Asian friend David who is 65 and even though he doesn't go there often he his mortgage is thru them and he does have a account for a long time again just doesn't go there much. David was in line 3 people deep. Caucasian tell nice guy. David's turn came after mind you a Caucasian woman got up walked to the tellers area and got a few thousand for another customer.
