Visited the teller and as soon as they saw me, she came directly to the window and assisted me. She also provided information to ona few different accounts that I could transfer my money to for better interest rates. Visited the bank officer, Christian and he assisted me with setting up my second account online and how to use Zelle. I've always had great customer service at this branch.
Great location with parking lot. Close to a lot shops and restaurants. Very clean bank and friendly staff. Short wait if you have appointments. Also early morning is the best!
ATM outside here NEVER has cash. What is the point of having an outdoor atm? God this bank chain sucks now. Can't wait to switch.
I don't have anything with this branch, but my company gets unwanted mail from US Bank every month. I have tried many times calling their customer support number, but they hang up the phone and refuse to remove my address.
