Horrible service..went to cash check $3500 ..on feb..5ft 2024 10:45 am.dont have acc in this bank..they won't cash it to a construction worker dirty etc..this bank brach is mission viejo ca.SO I WENT TO US BANK IN TUSTIN NEWPORT BLV..WHAT A DIFERENCE..NICEST PEOPLE ..RICARDO WAS THE GUY WHO CASH..ALL HE DID PICK UP PHONE AND CALL TO VERIFY..

This branch it’s horrible! They are 4-5 days closed during holidays! Their is all other branches open until 1or2pm To respond the emergencies for the customers! I had one emergency came up in my life which I needed to pick up something from my safety box ,,,they were closed from Dec21-26 And also close from Dec29th till Jan3d This is so unacceptable! All order branches all are open They’re just closing one or 2days for holidays!
