Horrible customer service at the US Bank’s branch on Brookhurst/McFadden, near Saigon City Marketplace. I would give negative stars if google allowed me. The two female bankers, Annie and My, show no respect and seem to look down on Vietnamese customers.
Policies Suck You can't write someone a check & them be able to cash it there.... what if i give my grandchild a 100$ for their B-Day They'll have to bug you, to answer the phone & say it's "ok" what if you're shopping for groceries or at a Dr. Appoint. It didn't used to be this way... plus they want 7$ of the money of the person, you wrote the check too... Oh, theirs more..
