Us back is one of the worst banks you can bank. I opened an account and they send me this letter. They where accusing me of trying to defraud them because i deposited a check from my other account when i open the account. With no evidence just because of the color of my skin. The check was cash and clear the next day. There was more than enough funds to cover it. There has bee a few discrimination lawsuits against US Bank
Cd matured went down to half percent , no one advise for 4 months .
KIM NGUYEN is the best in service. Always smiles, professional and special she remembers customer so well. I always feeling good at US Bank. Team work are amazing too.
