Hope the people that bank at this location don’t ever need to talk to a manager because the manager will always be on lunch or left early and will not call you back. Also, I spoke to 3 different tellers, they kinda helped but 2 of them just didn’t really seem to care.

If you report ufraud, you will see an "investigation" take place & you can provide as much proof as humanly possible which isn't always available in some cases of fraud. The bankers here are awesome and the security guard is very cool. Friendly place and very clean. I love this branch!
Us back is one of the worst banks you can bank. I opened an account and they send me this letter. They where accusing me of trying to defraud them because i deposited a check from my other account when i open the account. With no evidence just because of the color of my skin. The check was cash and clear the next day. There was more than enough funds to cover it. There has bee a few discrimination lawsuits against US Bank
Cd matured went down to half percent , no one advise for 4 months .
