I went to the Sunset branch because a fire has closed my local Castro branch. Gary Qui was so great to work with - efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate such good service.
Dangerous levels of incompetence. Run.
I had a terrible experience with US Bank. They placed a hold on my account and withheld my paycheck without any notice. When I called for an explanation, they couldn't provide a reason and just informed me that my account was in the process of being closed. It's been over 10 days, and they still haven't resolved the issue. To make matters worse, when I asked to be transferred to the closure department, the banker hung up on me. I have banked with US Bank for years. I went in to add a savings account and was helped by Jason. He was quick to offer his assistance, knowledgeable about accounts and answered my questions in a very personable manner. In less than 20 minutes I was out the door - almost less time than it took me to find a parking spot!
