They don't have their act together. If you ever need to freeze your account and have Bill Pay, any issues in between will be your responsibility. Their Bill Pay is serviced by Fiserv, and as a customer you don't have any relationship with Fiserv, yet US Bank expects you to resolve their internal rails with third parties. Do you feel that is fair?
If i could give this branch and Jay no stars I would. I tried to may an appointment in person and they said I had to wait until July 10--two weeks away. I went on-line and made an appointment for the following Monday. Jay calls and says that he won't be able to help me because of a last minute meeting. My task would only take 5 minutes. Don't go here--Jay sucks.
My husband and I opened a bank account at the U.S. Bank Japantown branch. About a month later, we noticed two unreasonable charges on our account. We contacted the representative who helped us open the account, but she was very rude and failed to provide any explanation.
