As a new customer, I was told to come to my home branch to get my check hold issue resolved, since it has a 10(!) day hold on it, so I did. The male staff member in charge of the branch on Saturday, April 26, 2025 around 12:00pm was demeaning and condescending through our entire interaction. He offered no insight, solutions, or even basic compassion that you would expect a supervisor to have. Not good. And I normally only leave 5 star reviews so my leaving this review is saying something. Been here multiple times and the people just aren’t friendly or helpful. Just go somewhere else.
Pésimo servicio bancario mala actitud de los cajeros no le recomiendo a nadie visitar esta sucursal.
Worst experience ever. We waited 2 hours with our parents to initiate a PTSA account for our school only to be told by the teller to go to another bank branch where they can support us. It is dismaying to see the disposition and the lack of quality customer training that the staff in this branch showed to our community members. From the beginning, older gentleman was very dismissive and the person in charge seemed to be in a rush to go to lunch.
