We there to get a temp debit card recently the staff was very helpful and they were able to assist me and also recommended me savings account with no fee plus it pays interest. Thank you.

As a new customer, I was told to come to my home branch to get my check hold issue resolved, since it has a 10(!) day hold on it, so I did. The male staff member in charge of the branch on Saturday, April 26, 2025 around 12:00pm was demeaning and condescending through our entire interaction. He offered no insight, solutions, or even basic compassion that you would expect a supervisor to have. Not good. And I normally only leave 5 star reviews so my leaving this review is saying something. Been here multiple times and the people just aren’t friendly or helpful. Just go somewhere else.
