I stopped by this location to get money for groceries while visiting from Arkansas! The atm ate my debit card that was from another bank! I immediately asked for help! First Susan the self proclaimed manager claimed it wasn’t there and when I told her that I just put it in there she rechecked and then she came out and told me that my names not on it and couldn’t have it! I told her I’m on the account and she refused to do anything to give me back my card! Now I’m in Nevada with no way to access my funds and no way to pay for... read more

Susie is the best she is so kind and courteous. She was very quick to help me with an issue I had without any hesitation. The best customer service from her, I'm very happy to bank here!!
