Brianne was wonderful. She helped me so much with opening a new business account. She hopefully will be my go-to whenever I have to go to the actual branch.
Branch manager and the staff are REAL people and not some automaton regurgitating company policies. AND, they're nice people.
So no longer open on Saturday!!!!! And weekday hours are 9-5. So customers must take time off work to use your bank. Shameful. No respect for your customers at all!! On the phone for 30 to confirm these useless hours. So much for customer service. Time to find another bank that wants my business. Online banking does not replace the assistance in the branch. Kind people but was unable to be in the bank long enough to start the process of opening a business account. Seems they burn heavily perfumed candles in the branch. The first appointment had to be rescheduled due to the overwhelming fumes. Came in the next day and despite the assurance that it would not happen again, candle was burning again. I had to leave right away. Very unprofessional...it's a bank, not bath & body works....leave your candles at home. I'll be taking my fast growing business to a more professional banking... read more
