Tired of US Bank closing branches before Covid and I'm betting a bunch that closed because of Covid will NOT reopen. Opened new accounts at a credit union. 7/24/2020 My reply to US Bank's response below. I completely understand and agree with your Covid response actions. The reason I am closing all of my accounts and switching to a Credit Union is because over the last year and a half BEFORE Covid started, you have been closing numerous branches ALL OVER. Thank you for NOT addressing that part of my review!
Have been using USBank for almost 40 years, and most of those years with Woodstock. Great Staff there. Highly recommend. Always greet customers with a smile.
Worst experience ever. Trying to take out a simple short term loan. Had to return three times. No callbacks when promised. Very unfortunate.
