Warm, friendly and good bank. I've been banking here for close to 20 years. The tellers know the customer names. Gary, Roshi, Tevek and Antonio are all very professional. If I have questions or a problem, they get it solved. There are often multiple tellers working yet if you go in on a Friday or at some other times you might have to wait 15-20 minutes. I've been without a debit card for months due to the switch from Union to US Bank. I was out of the country on an extended trip when the crossover happened. I've had nothing but headaches trying to get my debit card re-issued and mailed to the right address. I went to the Palisades branch to inquire. Well i am actually veey dissappointed with thw Bank. I did not pick US BNK. i WAS TRANSFERRED FROM UNION BANK. I WENT INTO THE BANK IN MAY AND REPORTRD I DID NOT RECEIVE MY BANK STATEMENTS . THEY COULD NOT PRINT ME A COPY BUT GAVE ME A LISTING OF TRANSACTIONS. TODAY I CALLED AND ONCE AGAIN EXPLAINED I DID NOT GET MY STATEMENTS FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS. I WAS TOLD THEY SENT THEM TO ME.
