Enjoy coming to this branch much more than the downtown Los Gatos branch as it is much easier to get in and out, even though I am smack in the middle between the two. The employees are always helpful and get me in and out quickly. UPDATE: 05/06/2026 I don't often visit the branch since most everything can be done online via the mobile app. Had to go in to this branch for a transaction and went quickly and smoothly. Nina and Robert are both terrific!
I walked into US Bank just to open a basic checking account To link my US Bank credit card too, and was warmly received and educated to all of the Excellent banking opportunities that are no cost to seniors. They have some very attractive, high interest rate accounts, and I was very impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of the Associate. I worked with Vera. She was fabulous. I would Recommend to anyone to stop by and talk to To a US bank representative. They have branches all Across the United States

This is a great branch. Always greeted by name. The staffs go out of the way to accommodate my schedule and make things easy for me. US Bank is a great bank especially compare to Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Never a long line. I no longer have to wait an hour to even get my wires done.
