I needed to deposit around $50 in $1 coins and was told they don't accept coins because they don't have a coin counter. So apparently the staff are unable to actually count coins here.
I've been banking at this branch for more than 30 years. I've always received good customer service.
I had a scam pulled on me in October 2025. I notified them about the scam/fraud that was committed instead of giving my money back they took my money and practically handed it to the scammers. I have been fighting for two months to get $671.75 back they have refused. I have also notified the Better Business Bureau and the trade commission and neither of them wanted to help me either. Run, don't walk, from US Bank. It is astonishing to think how one business could possibly collect so many incompetent people under a single roof. It took less time to transfer my accounts to another bank than to work with them to solve a problem.
Stopped by this branch today and Uriel handled my transaction. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about the branch ........ and how things operate. It was really a joy going inside ........ rather than the drive-through window which I normally use. I'll be back !!!
