Had the worst experience every time I go it was always something wrong with the computer they make you feel like it's your fault the manager was so rude.
What an absolute joke. We waited 30 minutes for quarters they didn’t have. Place is understaffed, machines weren’t working, service was slow, customers kept walking away unsatisfied, and within five minutes I walked across the street to a real bank (Chase) and finished no problem. Interestingly, once I left for said Chase and my wife was still at the counter at U.S. Bank, the employees magically found some missing quarters for her. I still finished before her. The bank teller on the pictures gave me bad treatments with rude attitudes. Please get rid of her. She didn't give me a service that could've done by them. They don't know how they should work. And they misunderstand. She harassed me and scared me. Ended up she called a security guard to kick me out for me doing nothing ! I have a focus debit card written "instant issue branded".
