I open the account with this bank. I made an appointment. Eric was really super nice helping me. Do things on my phone for me every time. I go there. Everybody is really nice only day. You don't want to go there. Is on a Wednesday when everybody is cashing their social security. Because there's no place to stand but other than that, the service is wonder. Phone, the people are wonderful.
Really poor customer service because of lack of proper staffing.
Be prepared to wait for a long time. There is usually only 1 or 2 tellers open, 15 people or so standing on line, and 5 other employees not helping. Totally ridiculous.
Us bank needs to put more ATMs we just have one in Slymar
I had a great experience! They were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time and they waited on me right away. Good service!
