Don't bother calling. They don't answer.
This was the last time I step into a US Bank. I had a someone attempt to use my s.s. info to open an account. I got a call this morning alerting me to that and was told they would fix it. It was also suggested that I contact the consumer protection agency so I did so. This turned into a two hour attempt to have me ok a $7,800 dollars charge to two accounts in order to cut my bills in half, blah ,blah, blah. I finally hung up.
