They are wonderful people
I had no choice but to put one star. The Jeffersonville branch is the worst. The new manager doesn't have any customer service skills. She is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. I will never use US Bank again after 9 years of having my account.
ALL the Bankers at this branch have been awesome to me. I do have a few favorites, I won't mention names but they know who they are !♥️♥️♥️
Brandon was friendly, informative and very helpful. It was my pleasure to have him wait on me
