I find this to be a very well ran location. Everyone is consistently professional and kind. I especially appreciate the customer service from the branch manager Robert Chicas. He is friendly and truly seems to treat everyone the same with common courtesy and respect.
I should have read the reviews here before i headed to this La Brea location. Teller Grace was not helpful at all going back and forth to her manager about cashing a CASHIERS CHECK! Manager Roshanak Kavian then came to me with a negavite attitude questioning me about the check which i had multiple times already explained. Ended up taking my check and leaving. Hope this branch closes seeing its not friendly to its customers. Positive experience at 145 s fairfax branch.
ROFL broken ATM machine lmfao and this bank has a $50 billion market cap lol what a joke… $50,000,000,000 and you can’t have a working atm. I’m bout to move all my money to Apple if this garbage continues to operate like this
