I came in at 11:54am, only 1 teller (very nice gentleman btw) was helping at the window while the other sat on his desk. Another teller came and she helped someone that was sitting in the lobby. Didn’t acknowledge me (mind you I’m the next one up) Completely ignored and dismissed. It’s now 12:15 and the guy that was sitting at his desk acknowledges all the other guests & asks what they’re there for except for me, takes the 3rd person in line despite me telling him I have a wire transfer to process and the deadline is coming ... read more
Super helpful staff and usually not crowded, easy to get street parking.
Grace is just great. She knows how to satisfy customers. I will always rely on her regarding bank transaction.
I had a great experience when I went to this branch today. The second I walked into the door, Grace asked me how she could help me. She was sitting at her desk and invited me to sit down. I didn’t even have to go to the regular banking window area. She was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I was very impressed.
Hardly any staff and by no means make you feel welcomed and encouraged to open a new business account.
