Can’t get ahold of anyone to access safety deposit boxes, getting the run around from the 800 number, can’t get anyone on phone, no email for assistance!
Worst banking experience ever.
The worst us bank branch! I went there for deposit and waited for 15mins!! I don’t know what the guy behind the counter was doing. He said the system was slow. After 15mins, he gave me handwritten receipt.Also, very poor customer service!!
Got told would get a call back..... Never did. In the tone the Clerk said it. I already knew.... not to hold my breath on a call back. FAKE.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful!
