I’ve loved banking with US Bank in general, but I love this location. I had a small issue and was told I had to come in, but when I called to see the best time to come in (because I have a crazy toddler) they were super helpful and just helped me right then! Saved me and the kiddo a trip and I really appreciated it.
Great branch, they are always nice and helpful.
I opened an account here several years ago for convenience in cashing check and general banking services, Stormie and Dave always give GREAT customer service but, I must say banking with US Bank is more of a joke with all their silly rules and limited authority given to the front line people that represent your bank and it seem that US Bank has some issues with their on line systems as well.
