The customer relationship representative who helped, or should I say refused to help me made this bank visit feel like a trip to the circus. She offered me a product I didn’t need or ask for, then refused to honor my original request to open a rep payee account because I didn’t accept her offer for the personal checking account I never wanted in the first place.
