The employees are pleasant and knowledgeable. I live an hour away, and have never had to wait more than a few minutes for assistance. They make banking easy!
This bank branch is absolute trash. I have been a customer since 2012 and was even one once before that. I deposited $2400 in cash at their atm on 1/30 and it malfunctioned. Long story short, they verified everything I told them, even verified on camera, and still decided to take $598 from me. I have filed complaints with the CFPB and are seeking legal resolve. This U. S. Bank branch, that I use for my church, always handles the transactions accurately, promptly, and with a friendly attitude toward their customers. For my church, I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else. U. S. Bank is my "Go To" financial business"!!
