September 18/2026 , I tried to cash their check ( US Bank) at their bank. It was a big inconvenience to me and they made a big hassle about cashing out the check. It was verified with the customer of that bank account also. Ended up having to take it to my bank ( First Bank) , didn't have a problem. I do not recommend using this branch or anything with US Bank. I will not be returning to this bank!
just a great bunch of people working there, service was impeccable, above and beyond

Been banking there for years an now they won't even cash my checks over $500 are any deposits over 1k won't clear till almost next week
