Sad to write this, in January (2025) I provided my ID and withdrew $450. Instead of drawing it from my account, they drew it from my father’s account with the same name. Clearly different birthdays though. Major information risk breach. As a fellow employee of the bank I was astounded at this mix up. Imagine if it wasn’t my father’s account and someone with a similar name? Hopefully this Dosent happen to anyone else since I am writing this review.
What an awful place. I parked in their empty parking lot on Easter Sunday for church across the street and they towed my car during Easter service. I mean, a parking lot of 100 spaces, all empty, with the business closed for the next 18 hours— and yet they tow my car and leave me with a $158 bill. I will never ever (EVER) do business with US Bank. You’ve lost a customer for life.
Went from no opinion of this bank to a bad one. Parked there on a Saturday night and was immediately towed. Would never do this during daytime because I’m a good person, but for a simple night out for dinner? All the bad reviews here are warranted. I didn’t want to waste any time and warn my fellow Cincinnati neighbors that this is a BS enterprise.
Worst bank in Cincinnati, this branch was remodeled and now there is no clear line to get in, tellers are rude , they tow cars left and right with a huge parking lot not friendly people
US bank has been great to me!!! They are always helpful and kind to do my transition! I will always be a customer to US bank! Thanks US Bank!!!!
