I have had good service at the drive thru. I am in a wheelchair van so drive thru is necessary.
I don’t know why this place has low rate but I really like here ,not busy and people are really nice Today I opened new debit cart and Jensen Dong help me,really nice patient person Thanks you for all of them the lady is really nice bring me water and was asking do I feel comfortable☀️☀️☀️
Worst branch in Bellevue.
I think all the tellers including the "older" lady are very nice and most are helpful. The wait to get things done at the drive thru takes forever.
No drive through ATM. It looks like they used to have them, and they were taken away. There is an ATM outside the front entrance you can walk up to.
