Cerrado y sin información alguna ,pésimo servicio en la casro. Ahora en la 16th y mission la gente parece que no respeta la línea y llega se mete y luego en lugar de tramitar se ponen a platicar su vida!! . Y para colmo solo 2 personas atendiendo?. El guardia solo ve y nada mas . Ya deberían de atender eso!.
My experience yesterday was terrible on 10/01/2024. I came from work in San Jose to the branch to make a deposit so my mortgage payment was covered. I parked in the parking lot behind the building and got to the back door at 4:58pm. The door was locked and no one was in site. So I had to go around the building to the front.
