Very friendly and no queue at 9h20am
One of the worst u s banks i've ever been to if you have the choice avoid this place like the plague. the tellers are rude, the managers are worse. i've had a business banking account with u. S bank for over ten years and i've never had such horrible service.
Teller Assumes clients are complaining instead of listening. Manager got involved. Didn't help the situation just made it it worse and both of their tones were unprofessional. Was passive aggressive and denied assisting me in the past. " If you don't like it you can leave!!" was her final statement before I left. ATM was down and still had the audacity to tell me to wait for the ATM with no guarantee how long it would be until it was fixed. I hate This Bank! Firstly there was a fraud on my account and so I had to open a new account and lo and behold they managed to connect both accounts so my online sign in was connected with both accounts so they were able to commit fraud on both accounts and then my payments from my employer continue to go into the closed account which I was unable to get because it was closed I went two months without pay this was ridiculous even after I changed it with my employer which is not my employer's fault it's completely us bank's f... read more
