The Los Gatos US Bank on Santa Cruz Ave was a pleasurable experience. We discovered this bank and branch while searching for a "Coveted" safebox. We made an appointment. The branch manager and his assistant J J were both ready to support our needs when we arrived. In about an hour, we opened a checking account, savings account, and rented the safebox that as well.
