I Love this bank so much. The staff is great and extremely helpful. Very nice and friendly. I've been banking with them for 11 years +.
Very nice place to do business. The staff is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The teamwork is great. If busy they will acknowledge your presence.
Worst experience ever! They are super slow! If you request a print out, you have to wait forever until they get the line down. They never have enough people working...
I experience the worst customer service from this branch. The security guard seems prejudice against me. I came to this branch on two separate occasions and he was rude in his tone, he over looked my needs and literally served others over me. Then the bankers are all too busy to assist. 🤮
