I wish I knew the person‘s name but the gentleman that just helped me out was one of the kindest people I’ve ever interacted with at a bank.
This bank SUCKS . I had an issue and without even trying to resolve it they flat out said NO. Didn’t even want to be bothered with me.
Very unprofessional!…bankers have a very avoidant attitude. I went to this location already knowing my need so upon arrival I asked for a banker and the banker told me that the tellers could help me up front and this was without even asking what my specific need was and she redirected me to stand in a line that was very long. When I finally made it to the teller, they saw my need was for a banker and I was asked to sit and wait.
