I experience the worst customer service from this branch. The security guard seems prejudice against me. I came to this branch on two separate occasions and he was rude in his tone, he over looked my needs and literally served others over me. Then the bankers are all too busy to assist. 🤮

If I could give negative Stars I would the branch manager whatever Miss Miller is the worst human being I've ever encountered in my life I made a cash deposit here into the ATM and they're trying to tell me that it was a check they've closed my account they won't show me the alleged check and they're holding almost $5,000 of my money ever since December and now I've been told that I can't even come into the branch to speak about my money and how I'm supposed to get it back I called the fraud department they tell me to go int... read more
