I was scammed. I phone shared with someone I thought was a legitimate representative to fix a problem. Found out it was a scammer which took every dime I had putting me in a dire situation financially. I reported this to the bank and it took over two weeks to get my provisional. Since then, they reversed the provisional which has left me in the same situation as before and a large overdraft that I cannot pay. On Wednesday, July 23rd, I visited the US Bank branch in Murray, KY, to ask about the “service maintenance fees” being charged on my accounts. Unfortunately, I was assisted by an employee named Brandi, whose demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. ***This Review Is For US Bank and Not This Branch*** Opened Account 4/12/2025 Account Closed 6/17/2025 What a absolute horrible experience. I have been with my current bank for over 8 years. We opened a Credit Card with US Bank ($4500 limit) on April 12th. Payments kept taking 7 days to process and post to the credit card so we were told if we opened a checkings account (with US Bank) it would speed it up.
