On Wednesday, July 23rd, I visited the US Bank branch in Murray, KY, to ask about the “service maintenance fees” being charged on my accounts. Unfortunately, I was assisted by an employee named Brandi, whose demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. ***This Review Is For US Bank and Not This Branch*** Opened Account 4/12/2025 Account Closed 6/17/2025 What a absolute horrible experience. I have been with my current bank for over 8 years. We opened a Credit Card with US Bank ($4500 limit) on April 12th. Payments kept taking 7 days to process and post to the credit card so we were told if we opened a checkings account (with US Bank) it would speed it up.
