We have been banking with US Bank for over 20 years in 3 different locations. Tried to set up another account for a trust with a deadline for us and they couldn’t figure out how to do it. “rules and regulations”
Elizabeth is AMAZING to work with. She opened a new account for us and had everything done, cards ordered, card reader ordered, and has been there with an answer anytime we had an issue! She is a gem
Horrible customer service when we have multiple accounts and the manager didn't even bother to help us she stayed on her computer and sent us to the teller for something the manager should have delt with. Im very disappointed with them and their lack of customer service. The teller didnt even listen to us when we told her what account to put the deposit in. She screwed that up and now I have to drive 45 min back to the bank to get things straightened out. Its sad that the Rolla branch treats long time customers so poorly. Lo... read more
