Will not be coming here or recommend this us bank location to anybody it’s best if you go to other locations. We had some personal business we had to do and ask one of the employee are assisting us, some random manager comes up to us looking like we came here to fight him. It’s really disturbing and weird behavior. He had this look of wanting to instigate a scene. As if we came to disturb him in his sleep type of look. Had an urgent issue and called this branch to resolve it. Spoke with a guy named Malik who was completely useless. Wasn’t able to simply stop a single transaction, which I’ve done before, and wanted to deactivate my debit card and issue a new one. He also acted like he was inconvenienced by a phone call because he had other customers in the lobby as well. Terrible customer service and obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. Very frustrating and only added to what was already an extremely stressful situation.
Very nice and helpful bank tellers! They waived some fees I had and they gave me great advice and offers! Thank you!
