I stepped into this branch for the first time today, and I had to immediately turn around and walk out after being overwhelmed by the odor of mildew. Many people cannot smell mildew but they need to address this issue, likely rip out the carpets. Very unhealthy situation likely causes by snow falling off shoes onto carpets that do not dry. Awful awful.
The worst US Bank branch ever avoided it at all costs, there are never enough tellers working, and it takes forever to do a simple transaction . The teller Emilio is rude and disrespectful and knows nothing about customer service.
Super busy and never staffed properly. Always 30 min or longer waiting in line. If you know you are a busy location, Hire more employees!!
Again, me such as others, cannot get an answer either via email or phone. No one responds to emails, and no one answers the phone. The faster I get my money out of this bank, the better. This is just bad business and I'm surprised this is even happening!
I received a phone call from this number and caller id saying that someone opened a checking account with my name on it. Then supposedly transferred me to someone at Zelle to put a stop to transactions transferring thousands of dollars from that account. I told them it sounded like a scam and they hung up. Contacted the fraud department at US Bank and they said that they would not transfer you to another company.
