Deposited my tax return check through the atm something happened where the atm could not read it right so it didn’t go through when I called they told me it would be mailed back to me and to call the branch directly to see what happened. I called the branch they basically said there’s nothing they can do about it and just wait to get the check back in the mail and then try to fiscally go in the branch and deposit it. What a run down dump this bank is. The staffing is rude and unprofessional when wanting to open two accounts with sizable funds. Tellers were not welcoming. Not dressed or behaved professionally. We could not open accounts because we were told only a Spanish speaking banker was available and in order to open an account there must be an appointment. This is a load of crap. We are in America and have never been so badly treated by two tellers in a wheel chair who was bossy and sarcastic and another that you couldn't tell if he... read more
It’s been 3 time in the row that I’m making 3 deposits at the cashier and the machine swallows my money no receipts or email. Than I had 10 days or 45 days to know if the money went thru.
Good service if you can wait an hour. Every time line is across the building. Every time ... Under staffed. Update Jan 2nd 2025, one drive in open with a line.
