There has been a hole in front of the ATM in the parking lot for years. It makes it uncomfortable to use the machine. Your car bounces in and out of the hole. For some reason you don't feel it is necessary to fix it. I am confident that I am not the first to complain. I was going to avoid using it but, your atm closes to the bank would not let me make a deposit.
My husband and I worked with Jackson to open a new account and he was wonderful to work with! He made the process so nice and any concerns and questions we had he had an answer for them and not only an answer but a truthful answer. The man doesn’t get enough praise and needs a raise
I stepped into this branch for the first time today, and I had to immediately turn around and walk out after being overwhelmed by the odor of mildew. Many people cannot smell mildew but they need to address this issue, likely rip out the carpets. Very unhealthy situation likely causes by snow falling off shoes onto carpets that do not dry. Awful awful.
