Close the door in my face was there at 5 PM. No wonder why they have a 2.2 reviews. They are also the most unprofessional looking bunch. Always dressed like sloppy. I’m done officially will be pulling out my business account and my personal accounts.

Worked for me. A little shabby but it still does the job
Extremely disappointing experience at this branch. The customer service is consistently rude, and the tellers come across as poorly trained and unprofessional. I’ve visited this location three times, and not once have I had a positive experience. While I won’t get into all the details, I can say this branch does not reflect well on U.S. Bank as a whole. I expected better and will not be returning.
If I could give US Bank a 0 star thats what I would do. I had 3 fraud transactions happen to my account. I called within the timeframe needed and they still denied my claim. I asked to what I could do going forward to protect my account I followed their recommendations and still it happened again. Not to mention that the staff at the branch are not that friendly.
