I received a phone call from this number and caller id saying that someone opened a checking account with my name on it. Then supposedly transferred me to someone at Zelle to put a stop to transactions transferring thousands of dollars from that account. I told them it sounded like a scam and they hung up. Contacted the fraud department at US Bank and they said that they would not transfer you to another company. I just want to let you all know that some is using your phone number to call and is trying to scam people with Zelle chages. The caller id even said US Bank. I dont even use Zelle and dont even have a USBank account. This is disturbing. I tried to call US back to inform them but their phone tree kept sending me around and around. Just wanted to let you know

Close the door in my face was there at 5 PM. No wonder why they have a 2.2 reviews. They are also the most unprofessional looking bunch. Always dressed like sloppy. I’m done officially will be pulling out my business account and my personal accounts.

called 10 minutes before they closed just to get some quick information that would’ve lasted on the phone such a short amount of time, yet they let the phone ring each time i called. everybody needs an angel who gives grace in life, especially when people are going to through hardship and if they would’ve helped me, i would have ABSOLUTELY gave back to them but 10 minutes before closing doesn’t mean you’re closed. you’re open until 5pm. which means you help until 5pm. you NEVER know what people are going through financially,... read more
