Absolutely atrocious experience every time I deal with someone other than Pam. I trust this bank with my money and my faith is shaken every time I go there unless Pam waits on me. Considering switching banks because of how horrible the bank tellers (outside of Pam) talk to, treat, and mislead customers.
This bank closed 3 of my accounts because I didn't use them enough. One account was closed with no notification at all. The other two accounts I received a letter in the mail after the accounts were already closed. In response to this review they are asking me to reach out to them with a phone number or email so apparently my contact information was deleted as well. After 20 years of being a customer here, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Great bank
I went into this bank on a Saturday morning to try and open my daughter’s a bank account. I probably should have looked to see what time they closed. I arrived about 30 minutes before. It took 10 minutes to get them to acknowledge that I was there. They were rude and unprofessional. I will never go here again. I have been with US Bank for 20 years, they did not make me feel like a valued customer whatsoever.
