I banked with a local bank for the last 13 years. I recently opened up new accounts with Us Bank and yesterday was the last day to activate my new account by making a deposit. I got to the Lone Oak Road location at approximately 4:53 (right before they close). To my surprise the lobby was still unlocked and open. Worst bank ever! Use to be fast with the new management it’s the slowest in Paducah now the one on Lone Oak Road, the carrot head lady tries to hard to be seen we just want to come and go! I don’t want to spend a whole hour for a $200 request

I went by this bank yesterday afternoon and there was only 1 teller for drive thru and walk ins. I waited in line for about 15 minutes with no movement so I left. This is not the first time at this location since Chase left. I will go bank shopping and I have been a customer here for many many years. I am just fed up with the wait times.
I just went through the bank window to make a single easy cash deposit. The teller, a girl late 20’s to early 30’s with dark long straight hair, literally spoke nothing to me. I said, “Hi, I need to make a deposit.” She opened her window compartment drawer and just starred at me, again saying nothing.
