I was extremely frustrated with an incident that happened via the US Bank app and needed to get it resolved immediately. Shae was the woman and teller who helped me. Shae first listened to the problem and knew what to do and say immediately and did resolve it and then explained it perfectly. It was great to be listened to and helped so professionally yet also with concern. I am glad I chose US Bank
Can’t call the bank and actually speak to someone. Only get automated messages. This is poor customer service.
