Very professional and pleasant service.
I don’t know where my other review went but what is the point of taking the time and effort to write one if it just disappears?!? Google Reviews get your algorithms together! Or stop deleting truthful reviews! Hopefully this US bank did an employee review and has implemented friendlier, more customer service oriented staff. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. There are many other options where they care about their customers and value their business.
