US Bank sucks. I have been trying to manage my dead mothers account for hours and 3 calls and have yet to even reach a real person who can help.
Gabriella, Adal and Lauren helped us with opening three teen accounts! They showed our kids the mobile banking app process and politely answered my questions. I enjoy using this bank because the tellers are very patient!
They keep hanging up my call wth is this? Ive called for 2 days i got one pick they hung up on me and then they dont answer anymore
I would give this branch 0 stars. Went to ATM made withdrawal for 100 did not have 100 dollar bill, so picked 5 twenties. Agreed to $3.50 atm fee and never got cash. The teller told me Manager would check she did not find anything. Asked if they have a recording in camera they were completely dismissive and told me to file a dispute with my bank. Horrible service and this bank is a thief. Stay away!
