Terrible service of any U.S. Bank branch. Treated me terrible because I only wanted to withdraw $20. Person at the counter made a comment suggesting $20 wasn’t worth their time and that they had to pay their mortgage. This was uncalled for and unprofessional.
Refused to split a 20 dollar bill (that came from their own atm outside) into two tens without opening an account first. Not a great way to treat potential new customers.
I had an encounter with a cashier that came off as slightly rude. I communicated my sentiments about it to a manager over the phone later in the day- her apology didn’t seem sympathetic at all and she cut me off multiple times when I spoke to her about it. Salt on a wound. I was serviced fine but the relations were sub par.
