Refused to split a 20 dollar bill (that came from their own atm outside) into two tens without opening an account first. Not a great way to treat potential new customers.
I had an encounter with a cashier that came off as slightly rude. I communicated my sentiments about it to a manager over the phone later in the day- her apology didn’t seem sympathetic at all and she cut me off multiple times when I spoke to her about it. Salt on a wound. I was serviced fine but the relations were sub par.

Walked in, spoke to the manager who was sitting at a desk looking at her computer, I spoke 3 full sentences to her and she completely ignored me. Wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there. Made me feel invisible.
