The customer service here is excellent; I must say Lisa is my personal banker she will do her job to make sure you are well taken care of.. Thank You Lisa…the staff whom I met are friendly & professional.. I do like coming to this location..
These people don’t even deserve one star I’m professional Dog Walker in Cincinnati downtown 13 years service, dogs, train dogs, etc. and we were just kicked out of the US Bank location across from fountain Square by a little white guy. They also lied and said that I gave them the wrong name, and they also called and reported the issue to a relative. These people are pathetic. Customer service at this branch is non-existent. If you stop by, plan on spending lots of time waiting to be helped while employees ignore you.
The dealer services group at their HQ are the biggest bunch of idiots I've ever seen. I lease my car from them and for some dumb reason they put THEIR address in Oshkosh, WI as the address where the car is located rather than mine. So it's a BANK ERROR. Then my DMV sends THEM the license plate and I call them and they tell me to just order another one from my DMV, and they would reimburse me the $6.76.
