If I could go lower then a star I would. This branch specifically is rules based on who is working, every time im there to do the exact same thing every time and for every person there they have there own rules individually of what you need to do for the same process, very difficult when everything changes every day based on who's working should all no the same process
US Bank is a fraud Came in to exchange cash-to-cash ONE DOLLAR and apparently 15 years as a previous customer is not enough because they won’t deal with me if I don’t hand over my data to their horrible bank! Btw, I moments because they have horrible data protection against hackers and identity thieves. Stay away!
