US Bank is a fraud Came in to exchange cash-to-cash ONE DOLLAR and apparently 15 years as a previous customer is not enough because they won’t deal with me if I don’t hand over my data to their horrible bank! Btw, I moments because they have horrible data protection against hackers and identity thieves. Stay away!
I have had multiple 30 minute waits due to computer issues for simple deposits. Checks declined because machine couldn’t read them without explanation or way to fix the issue. Simple transactions take multiple tellers to help each other. Their tech is terrible! The staff is nice as they can be. Went to Hyde Park and was in and out in less than five minutes. 1 person in front of you in a line at the bank doesn’t warrant 30+ minute wait times for this fully staffed bank in 2024.
