Fired an employee for helping a customer. What a lousy bank. Don't do business with this company.
Worst customer service ever, came to find out they shut there coin machine after calling them... a whole 30 mins early.. girl on the phone was rude.. non apologetic... seriously... who are you guys hiring for this company anyways!
Very bad customer service 07/07/2016
My family & I have frequented this U.S. Branch for 30+ years, and have nothing but GOOD comments for the employees and management there! For such a busy bank, they are fast, friendly and efficient. I left my card in their machine once, and they called me within the hour to let me know they had my bank card on hold...saved me a huge hassle for my own mistake. Great service!
