After reading the Oregonian story of their former employee Emily James, in good conscience I do not believe I can continue to do business with such a heartless company. She was fired from the bank after her supervisor gave her permission to leave the premises on Christmas Eve to personally help a stranded customer who was waiting on a check that was on hold. She went out in the middle of the day too a public area and gave him $20 of her own money for gas. The regional manager that fired her should be the one being fired.
This branch is awesome, the have a wonderful Bank Teller (Nawar Aldhalemi) she’s very friendly, very professional, and I felt so secure dealing with her, I’m glad and lucky that I am one of their clients.
I’ve been for 5 years with them and they are so helpful. The teller Nawar is very taking care for customers!:)
Do not use us bank they took a pay check from a Fortune 500 company and held it for. Week. A Paycheck worst customer service. Branch manager is a joke. Tellers all lie to you Online call center lies to you then they can’t do anything to help ! They actually told me to call the branch that they were u able to assist me
Long waits and extremely understaffed tellers. There are more employees at desks than helping customers. The employee from drive thru had to help me.
