Greedy. Unhelpful. And shady backroom policies at the corporate level. (Especially around covid). Beware.
I've had great experiences with this bank. Polite and helpful staff has always taken great care of me. Worlds apart from riding that awful stagecoach outfit down the trail a bit.
ATM is not working again :(
Agree with what everyone else is saying. The customer service here is about as bad as anywhere I’ve ever seen. No one greets you. They all awkwardly avoid eye contact with you and are slow as molasses in processing the transactions leaving you to stand in uncomfortable silence. They obviously don’t like customers.
