Worked with Lia to get a cashier’s check set up for buying my house, and was absolutely wonderful, patient, helpful, and all around a delight to work with. Grateful for all the folks at this branch. Could not have made a better decision - working with US bank for our mortgage team was wonderful.
I guess it’s corporations first. Not an efficient staff to help the consumer in all aspects. I guess A.I. is next for US Bank. Two tellers, a lady with a clip board walking around acting busy. and mortgage associate that couldn’t answer banking questions. They sent 2 people away that wanted cashiers checks. I only had a question about ways to give them money. Disappointing, but it’s clear why I don’t and never will bank with US Bank.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Violet Vargas at this branch. I am a single mom to a young child and a business owner and use US bank for both personal and business. I had three separate needs for my visit. I needed help with something for each of my business accounts and needed help with an issue on my personal account.
