Very bad experience with Brandown McGowan at this location. Unable to follow through on our paperwork and “forgot” to do something which ended up in 7 weeks of wasted time for my wife and I. Constantly out of the office and unable to return messages in a timely manner. It’s no wonder he forgot about us. Do not go here for a loan of any type. They are unable to do the most simple loan. I would be afraid to see what they or Brandon would do if it was even a remotely complicated situation.
I have taken off over draft two seperate times in 6 years to wake up today to find 2 overdraft fees totaling $76.00. The last two times they couldnt do anything and ofcourse this time they couldnt do anything as well. They usually tell you to call either two people customer service or the original branch you opened with. The person in front of you then helps with dialing the number and handing you the phone. Terrific US Bank with great staff. The manager ,Oscar, will thoroughly go through all details and options and will help with any bank issues, and his bank team Marc, Jennifer and Brandon are very helpful and courteous.
Great face to face customer service
I've been banking with this US Bank branch branch for a few years now. To date, I've opened two accounts here. It's my preferred branch. Everyone is helpful, welcoming and sharp, particularly Jeff, the assistant manager. He's just an all around cool, professional guy. Thanks All, Christian
