Arrived with my children to the branch and it was completely dead. Stood in front of desk for a few minutes without teller even acknowledging us. When she finally acknowledged us she was very short. We asked to open an account and she said no, that they close in 2 hours and they might get a rush. There was 2 of them and not a soul around. It was obvious she didn't want to help. My kids joked she was probably playing minesweeper and couldn't be disturbed. I worked in banking for years, and was surprised. We'll open elsewhere.
All the tellers here are very polite, professional and they always give me a warm welcome. I also like that they acknowledge me by name! ☺️🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
