I barely made it there before it closed, but they took care of all the necessary details. The teller even walked me over to the ATM machine to enter my new pin number. Thank you, US Bank
Arrived with my children to the branch and it was completely dead. Stood in front of desk for a few minutes without teller even acknowledging us. When she finally acknowledged us she was very short. We asked to open an account and she said no, that they close in 2 hours and they might get a rush. There was 2 of them and not a soul around. It was obvious she didn't want to help. My kids joked she was probably playing minesweeper and couldn't be disturbed. I worked in banking for years, and was surprised. We'll open elsewhere.
